    The idle speed may be low. Set it to 700 rpm, by adjusting the throttle cable. If the problem persists, clean the Idle Air Control Valve (IACV), throttle plate, throttle body, and air box. Afterwards, replace the air filter. This link may help:

    Missfancy, I may have misunderstood your problem, is the car shaking as you come to a stop? Or while your stopped?
