Can't get 1 hp jet pump to prime. Ran well dry two days ago well filled back up but can't get to prime. Any and all help would be great

Have you checked and lubed the orings and checked for leaks and also check the impeller on the motor

Got pump to work. Thanks for all help. The jet valve had a chunk of metal pipe blocking the small hole. Metal came from a corroded pipe that had fallen apart
