    First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

    Second, if you had bothered to read the thread you posted to, you probably wouldn't have posted.

    SOL refers to the time that charges have to brought. If a warrant was issued charges were already brought so SOL doesn't apply. A warrant doesn't expire.

    Once a warrant has been issued, the SOL has nothing to do with the case, and the warrant lasts forever.

    Agree with the above, there is no SOL once there is a warrant issued, it will stay valid till the day the person dies
