Would an Vehicle Insurance company in the state of Texas allow you to add someone on your policy if one person on the title of the vehicle has had a lot tickets?
The title and the insurance are two separate issues. Anyone the operates the vehicle should be on the policy or have their own policy. They don't have to be on the title and many times aren't.
Call your agent to find out.
It's a Saturday agents aren't open, that is why I'm asking if anyone knows anything about it.
Why add someone to a policy? Is it someone in the same household?
When you take your insurance, normally they will ask for any licensed driver in the household and what percent driver they will be. And also any other driver of the car.
So if they are owner of the car also, they should have been listed to start with.
But some companies will not insure people with too many tickets and it will also depend on what they are for.
Next if they do, they raise the price you pay
