I've been married to a USC since 2004, we had a child together. However 5 year ago my wife and I separated (though we're still legally married) and returned to the US with our child.

I have been sending money to pay for my daughters living expenses for the last 5 years on a monthly basis, since my wife lives with her parents and does not work. I would like to come to the US to be with my daughter because I've missed so much of her life already. My wife does not want to submit an application on my behalf.

Is it possible for me to obtain a green card to come to the US?
