Public urination while on probation
I received a urinating in public ticket a few days ago in GA. I did not get arrested just handed a ticket that simply said public urination. However, I am on non- reporting probation in another county. I have paid all of my fines, done all of my community service and have otherwise been very good. All I do now is mail in a small probation fee once a month. Should I just pay the ticket and not worry about it or should I talk to a lawyer first . Also, should I tell my probation officer about this. How would he find out? What are the chances they will find out. I just want to do what is right.
