I had the iud in for four year and this month I have been spotting but its been three times this month I took a pregnancy test and it was negative can I still be pregnant.

Have you had sex since you did the pregnancy test? No method is 100% certain, but if you are not due to change your iud, then pregnancy is unlikely.

Pregnancy may be unlikely, but it is still possible. (I work with a gal who is due for her baby in July and she had the Mirena in).

Have you checked the strings on the IUD? Is it still in place?
