First there never was a Mable, most likely it was some guy or group of people who use the same script dozens of times a day, They work large rooms of people on computer and phones there and buy and sell photos that work well.
The police in Ghana don't do anything, this fraud is one of their largest incomes for the nation.
This is the most well known, fraud in the world, one just googles dating and Ghana and see how many thousands of pages of fraud alerts you get
