I have been waiting for over 6 months for my refund. After calling numerous times and emailing the supervisor 200 times all I ever get for a response is that she will work on my refund. Still waiting!!

How did you file taxes 6 months ago when the tax year didn't even end yet at that time. W-2's and other tax documents weren't even sent until after January... its late April now and only a few weeks after the filing deadline.

And conversely that's way late for last years taxes.

Are these Federal or state taxes the return is MIA for?

This has nothing to do with filing taxes. This has to do with subscribing to NSBA's 30 day free trial and them charging me $359.00. We must be talking two different topics here.

Well the confusion comes from the fact that this question is listed in the "taxes" forum.

What NSBA are you referring to? A Google search shows many different businesses and organizations under that acronym.
