    I have paid child support for 16yrs and have never met or had a relationship
    With twin sons. I would like to pursue a relationship now and the Mother of
    The boys says that I gave that up 16yrs ago. What rights do I have??

    If you are paying support for them... you have the right to petition for visitation rights... doesn't matter WHAT the mother wants or thinks.
