CONCLUSION: Scan of the petin shows non homogenous endometien, free fluid in cul-de-sal suggertine of P.I.D

Treatment: Clomid Tablet + Vitamin also 3 month complete course but no conceive

UTERUS:
Scan showed anteverted normal uterus measuring approx. 8.0 x 3.5 x 4.3 cm. The outer surface is seen smooth. Myometrium is scan homogenous with no focal mass. Endometrail thickness is scan normal with central linear echo.

OVARIES:
Normal in position, measuring approximately
Right Ovary: 2.3 x 2.7 cm
Left Ovary: 2.6 x 2.4 cm
No mature follicle or cyst seen in either ovaries

ADNEXAE
No adnexal mass seen
No free fluid seen in cul de sac.

Multiple small follicles seen in both ovaries
