I am 15, mum said I can get a piercing if she's their and I pay for it with my own money. I wouldn't know exactly were to ask to get one. But my mate got hers done and it looks really good. I don't suite facial percings and I don't want a piercing that everyone to see. That's why I chose chest. So how old do I have to be with parents consent and any ideas how much ?

While legislation has been introduced to make the limit 16, I don't see anywhere that it has been passed. So it looks like you are good to go if mum is willing to accompany you and give permission.

Personally I think your mum is bonkers for allowing you to mutilate your body in this way. I hope you will, at least research shops, get testimonial etc to make sure the shop is reputable and clean.
