So almost 6 months ago I got sentenced 18 months unsupervised probation(random screens till June 5, 2012), intensive outpatient drug counsel and a fine for possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. This is my first drug offense and a stupid DMV here in Utah law revokes my license for 6 months for any marijuana offense(all of that sounds a bit much), I have 2 weeks left of 6 month Drug Treatment and finished paying my fines off last week. Since that incident I moved back to my hometown am back in college(finals are next week! YIKESS)
My question is I am wanting to move out of Utah, born and raised here and want to see somewhere new. I am hoping I can get into another school in Montana to further my education. I am looking to get my probation terminated early, I called and asked the clerk about moving or working out of state and she said I have to talk to the judge. From how it sounded I don't even have a PO, What can I do to get this in my rear views? I have learned a lot since then and got my life straightened out from this trouble
