I remember watching a cartoon movie as a kid with a particular scene that involved the main character coming across three weird characters,

One that was trying to poke a tunnel through a mountain with a needle,
One that was trying to move a mountain of sand from one location to another with a teaspoon
And one that was trying to move a huge amount of water from one place to another with an eyedropper

They where doing all these worthless tasks that would take them forever to complete to avoid doing something meaningful, I only remember this scene and not what the movie was called or anything else about the movie for that matter,
