    My boyfriends is on probation and got violated for larceny what do you think he will get?

    Additional time on probation, his original sentence plus time for the violation, a stern warning - only the Judge knows. There is no "standard" answer.

    He is getting charged for larceny and a V.O.P so is that bad?

    Yes, he has to worry about the new charges, they may want jail time for that also.

    And they may want jail time for the VOP, again only the judge knows
