I have been a 3 day cycle girl since I was 12 years old. All of a sudden this month I am on my ninth day. Now I understand that women in there 30's go through changes but I am wondering with this is normal?

Cycles do change over time. I was a five day cycler for years. Now I go seven days and even nine sometimes.
However, any abrupt change in your cycle can be a symptom of something wrong. Or it could just be an abnormally long period. If you are having any pain, I would see the doc right away. Or if you feel okay otherwise, you could wait and see what next month brings. Good luck.
