My laptop only has VGA port to go from laptop to TV. I tried this and ordered a netflix movie to watch via internet. Everything goes fine, I can actually see the movie from the laptop or the TV... but all of the suddent the TV screen goes black and says NO SIGNAL. I can still see the movie on the laptop though. So I play around with the laptop and all of the sudden the movie pops back up on the TV...
This happened about 10 times during one movie. I haven't tried it again. Any suggestions?

Check your power management settings and disable them fro when you are running off a power supply
