I have an account on the sims3 but when I logged in and logged back out I could not getback in. I did different accounts but I could not get full access I tried emailing the company to help me delete them but they just sent me cuopons. It's really vexing and I just need someone to give some suggestions.

What are you trying to delete? If you had multiple accounts and they tracked you through your IP address you are very possibly banned from the site.
