I had my second mirena coil fitted about 5 weeks ago, the first one I had for five years and have had no periods or even shows at all. I have started to feel sick all the time, and seem to be putting on weight, I have two boys aged 8 and 10 and I remember these feelings well. I did a PG test but it was negative, I am so tied all the time, and now I cannot stop worring that I am pregnant. What can I do?
