Well, learn how to use punctuation, sentences, and Capitalization to start with. But that's beyond the scope of a post. Call them particular, but the HR types like things like that.

You are a carer (caer)?
As in one who cares?
I agree with smoothy, and would add spelling to the list. It also needs to make sense.
