Fill up his 4 wheeler (if he has one) or his Jeep (if he has one) with gas and find a place where the both of you can go mudding (I'm assuming since he's into cars and he's a farmer he enjoys this hobby).

Pack some delicious lunch (no not sandwiches, something hearty like ribs, or pulled pork---- make a real effort) and have lunch after mudding.

I'm sure he'll love it... that's if he's into that sort of thing.

Silly question. Since this is in the teen section, how old are you?

You can get him diabetic candies or other foods, but I do have to wonder how old you are if this was posted in Teens.

Um maybe she 19? Just saying. I think the above ideas are great when come to what to get go sentamental. If you have been dating for a while you should have a good idea on what a good idea might be. Do a picknick and bring a stereo with a cd that has songs like his fav, the first one you danced to, y'all song stuff like that. Hope I helped

If he has a favorite sports team get him a shirt, a hat, or tickets to a game (although tickets can be kind of pricey). If he has a favorite band see if they are coming in concert anytime soon. I do like mudweiser idea of mudding if he is in to that.
