Why can I not surf the net with lunascape or internet explorer yet I can with Firefox

It is very likely that some type of malware has affected IE and Lunascape but not Firefox. Make sure you have up to date anti-virus protection. Also get some spyware protection like Malwarebytes. Perform scans with both after updating then get HiJack This and post your log.
