Is there a way I can find out (e.g. and online searchable directory) the Canadian Business Number for ParetoLogic Inc. (RegCure)?

I believe it is a legal requirement that all Canadian businesses have such a number to be tax compliant and that it is a requirement that this number be quoted on all invoices and receipts.

ParetoLogic does NOT do this (at least on any of the documents I get from them) so they are not tax compliant.

Before I report them to the Canadian Tax Office I want to ensure that I am correct in what I am saying and/or try to obtain the CBN from a source other than ParetoLogic (who refuse to acknowledge ANY communications).
