8 days late am want to know what's going on LMP was march 21 and next was suppose to start April 16th I think had pt done at hospital on 3rd day of being late was negative could I still be pregnant been feeling sick and tired mostly when should I take another pt

Since it has been several days since you tried a pregnancy test, and still no period, I would try another one in the next couple of days. Be sure to follow the directions exactly.

Thank tired another test today am 9 days late now came our negative also getting very worried about what's going on and I still have no signs of a period last time I had sex would have been between april4-5th could I have ovulated later then I thought or something could be wrong in which this time I got a cheap dollar store test that says test in the morning but I didn't am still having systoms or is it all in my head can you or someone help

It could be an off cycle this month, which can happen now and then even if it never has before, and you might still have a late period or skip this month altogether.

It may be off if your feeling ill is due to a illness you are fighting.

You might be pregnant and the test just didn't pick it up. It is best to use first morning urine and make sure you read the results in the time stated on the test.

Since you are still feeling sick, and are tired more than usual, you could try another test, first thing in the morning, or see your doctor and they will test there. The dollar store tests are usually fine.
