My husband has been taken all our savings and now redirected his direct deposit from our joint acct to his personal acct. I have no job and have no means to support myself until I find one. Can I press charges on him for witholding all our finances?

No, you cannot "press charges" against him.
You CAN consult with a divorce Attorney. I would venture a guess that your husband is making plans to move on/out.
Protect yourself.
Document EVERYTHING from now on
Your husband has done nothing illegal at this point. But I agree with Judy. He seems to be preparing to leave, so you need to consult a divorce attorney immediately.
He may be preparing to leave, of course.
But we don't really know what's happening... especially if you have been spending beyond your means, have a problem with drinking or drugs, or have threatened to leave him. (Not suggesting any of that is true.)
No there is nothing illegal to press charges for
