    I have gone through a divorce and paying alamony in my judgement it says alamony will stop if she cohabitats well she is and the guy collects disability is there a way to find out how much his income is so I can prove he has an income to the court a paper or something I can print out

    If the Judgment of divorce says that alimony stops when she cohabitates and she is living with someone how much he makes does not matter. The fact that they are living together is what stops the alimony you are paying.

    No, you cannot find out how much disability he receives.

    EDIT: I'm an investigator. I get asked to prove living situations on a regular basis.

    His income or no income should not be part of it, merely their living together, that is what you prove
