    Vacated House Before Foreclosure
I vacated a house months before it foreclosed, however, I just received papers where a complaint was filed that I had not vacated the house. What's up with this? I'm being sued for supposedly living in a house I haven't lived in for over eight months. The Mortgage company who purchased the house should know this, my lawyer does. Is this a normal procedure?

What is actually stated in the complaint? Does it have dates in it that show you went beyond the time you left the home? Were you suppose to surrender keys and didn't ?

WHO is suing you? So you go back to the plaintiff and show them proof that you vacated and request they withdraw the suit. If they don't counter sue for harassment.
