Once the car warms up the trans acts like it can't shift above 2nd. Motor just revs up.
Anyone know what cause this?

It's likely caused by not changing the transmission fluid every 30,000 miles. Third and fourth gear clutch packs are likely shot. You are likely looking at a rebuild or replacement.
