If a loss prevention officers not sure if it was arrest? But ask to come back to office to talk to them, told me I changed price tag on item its illegal they seen me ? I know I did not change any tag but anyway,they called police they came no charges by police but had to sign store paper something about not coming into store for 1 year, and took my id info picture what was that all for if I was not arrested?

Count your blessings you were let off easy. So don't go in the store for a year. Is that hard for you to do or what ?

The store has a record of what is referred to as tresspass warning. You are not to go into the store so you don't.
They will have a copy of that warning in their files.

There is really no police record, the police officer fills out normally a incident card that is merely filed at the police station ( not searchable) showing where he was and what he was doing for that call.

There is no record to search in a criminal data file

No hard to do at all but I know I didn't do it and its terrible to feel like I did something wrong.

The point is, even though you know you didn't do it, you are off the hook from a criminal record which will remain for some time and interrupt your job searches.

Like I said, count your blessings and forget it, and don't go near that store again. And don't pursue any more inquiries.
