What can I expect if I violated probation but it turned into a felony
The lawyer I had told me not to go to jail and turn myself in because I had a warrant out for my arrest. He told me to go in on my scheduled court day which I did. When I went to court the judge allow me to pass and I walked out of the court room but I had to sign up for state probation then even thou I was still currently on probation with the city. Now since I violated my probation but not showing up because of what my lawyer said what will happen next
A month before I was suppose to get off probation I got violated and the judge
Gave me state probation but I still haven't went to my vop hearing yet which is coming up but I'm currently serving 30 days in jail before my vop hearing what will be the result?
