Which group from around the 80's (but still played on the radio) sings a song with lyics " and time is captured for the queen ba ba ba ba ba ba ba ba"?

Could this be the progressive rock band called 'Yes'. They had a couple of songs out with similar lyrics, one was called 'Your Move' and I tkink there was a one call 'All Good People' or something like that :)
