First of all, if I were you I wouldn't advertise my plans on the web, second, that would be totally uncalled for.

Rather than create a virus, which is now punishable by law in most countries. Just change the power on password. While not friendly, and not impossible to get around it will be bothersome. Perhaps when he has "problems" you could point out that you are something of a whizz with computers and would he like you to look at it and try and resolve the problem. Afterwards he may be grateful and stop saying these things.
