I have a 2 year old pit who throws up all the time, mostly after drinking water.
Ive had her for almost a year and she has done this the entire time. She was a rescue dog and has some other minor issue with skin. Not sure if alergy or just left over from serious mange when she was a little pup. I asked the vet but they didn't seem to pay much attention. She serioulsy throws up a few times a day. Especially after drinking water. I just want to know if there are illnesses that would cause her to do so .

Does she throw up just the water or something else?

When she drinks does she gulp it up like she's been in the Sahara for weeks and is dying of thirst, or does she just lap it up casually?

Does she have access to water at all times?

Have you changed her food, and does she throw up after eating, or just after drinking?

Is it immediately after drinking, or is she running around and then throwing up?

No changes and its been like this since we got her
She throws up food with her water sometimes and sometimes just water.
She can either be running around or just sitting after drinknig water it doesn't seem to matter.

Owen does that too but only when he gobbles his food like a piggy and drinks a lot of water too fast. You can feed him in a cup cake pan to help slow him down if that is the problem. What we do for the water is distract him for a bit and if he wants he will go get more to drink.
Not sure if that helps or not.
