Got a summon from a credit card -never got a pre-sueing like they claim-I responed to there sumon in court-I asked them to verifie the debt with me-it onlt took them 2 months-and In think they were suppose to have 30 days to respond to me-when they did send me my paperwork they included someone else private paperwork they were also sueing... do I have anything on the creditor when I go to court..

Nope. A clerical error like this doesn't affect you. The other person might have a cause of action against them, but not you.
