Does your daughter have a valid id card? If not you will have to ask for an urgent appointment for it by sending them an email, and some times the embassy takes ages to respond and asks for silly documents, I got my new id card in June I paid £49 for an urgent one. Now I am waiting for an appointment for my passport, urgent passport is £105, I have sent the embassy countless emails with no response, they are really horrible here and do not care for their citizens. Try phonig them but you will have to wait as they take ages to answer. And when they do they will tell you to send an email with your request, two months on I'm still waiting for an appointment,
