    if I run a 2in sewer vent for a bathroom in my bedroom,do you have to insulate around the abs when it goes up between the 2x10s

    Hi Glenny...

    No need to insulate the vent pipe... ;) Just be sure that the vent pipe pitches back toward the drain (away from roof) in any horizontal sections that are present and you will be fine!
