I know someone who has a three year old warrant out of OR. Can he still take a flight from seattle to Las Vegas without being harassed, or should he not even bother trying to get on an airplane?

Most likely they will get him, if he is returning, my guess is that it would be most likely on the return trip,

But he should show up in the system as soon as he books the flight
