It would be unlikely in this situation. Sometimes extreme changes in diet may effect some women. It might be that you are just skipping a month, which can happen now and then.

When did you take the pregnancy tests? If they were awhile ago, you may want to try another one at this point. You could see what happens when you are due for your period in May and test again at that time if need be, or you could always see your doctor about having a test done in the office. Often they won't do a blood test, however, unless you miss more than one period in a row since an off cycle now and then isn't uncommon.

I would see what happens in May when your period would normally be due. If, by chance, it happened to be diet related, that would be sorted out by then. If no period still, try another test or see your doctor for a test there.

You could always see your doctor now and ask for a blood test to be done to ease your mind.

Perhaps your period is just off and will show soon. A lack of period one month, while cause for wonder, is not usually a concern. Many doctors won't even do a blood test until someone has missed two periods in a row because of this reason.

You could try another pregnancy test at home, since a week has passed. Be sure to follow the directions exactly.
