Please tell me the what is the main advantage and disadvantage of sigle phase and three phase split air conditioner which one is the best to install, which one save the energy ( less consumption)

Three phase will use less current, but most residential homes are single phase only. It costs quite a bit of money to have the electric company run three phase service to your house. That would not economical just to be able to run a three phase system.

Adding to what Dr1757 said, I think energy consumption will be about the same in either case. Ultimately it will come down to the SEER rating of the unit.
