I just had cable installed,hd and dvr
Now I have a green line that scrolls up wards and I have a hum when you are watching TV

Sounds like the cable was not installed correctly. Are you using an actual HDMI cable? Was it like this when the cable guy was still there or did it work for a while after he left?

I have seen this a lot with Motorola cable boxes. If I recall correctly, switching from component cables to HDMI usually fixes the problem. Otherwise a new cable box is needed.
