I have forgotten the policy no for the next premium payment. Can you help me how to find out from the name.

How about calling your insurance agent. Don't they send you a bill like normal insurance companies do? What about your last bill... your policy number is on those.

Or are you trying to find out what someone else's policy number is so you can file a fraudulent claim against them? Something is very wrong with this post. I've been paying insurance premiums to various companies for various things for over 30 years. And never once did I have to know a policy number to make a payment... they sent a bill when it was due.
