I want to quit my job to go to the dream state. I have a worthless ex that will not work and wants to get more child support. The new job will be half of what I make. Why should the cs not go to a lower amount? Its crap that she gets to sit on her butt and do nothing when he is in school. Go to work and make something of yourself.

Be happy you aren't in VA and ordered to pay support for a child your ex-wife had with a different man as the result of an affair that led to your divorce... and they toss you in jail for refusing to pay support for THAT kid, court ordered DNA tests have proven isn't yours. A family member has two friends in jail for the last several years for refusing to pay for kids that everyone agrees isn't theirs.

So... it actually CAN get worse.

You that is not cool at all. Really its not right. Not even his kid ouch. You its not that bad I guess. I still want to pay the cs. Just not half of my new pay check.

Are you doing the same kind of work that you were doing in the past? If so you can go back to court and ask for a modification.

Because you have a child to support. Is the child supposed to get by on half as much food, shelter and clothing?

And is your ex capable of working but is not? How did that happen?

You she is. Fully and just lazy. Its bull that the cs gets what they want just cause they are a female. My kid suffers cause he is not with me! He lives a bull crap life cause the state says the female is better. Well I can give him a better life. And the law says 20% of pay in ill. Well if I go to the other job it should be 20% of the new pay. She should get of her lazy but and work. Why should I pay for her. I love my kid. She loves my money. O you she quit her job. She wants more cs so she does not have to work!!
