Can my little girl use my partners name at school, doctors etc with out changing by depoll? Her dad won't let us change it and he doesn't have any thing to do with her my little girl sees my partner as her daddy and loves him very much she tells every one her last name is my partners because she wants be like him. Please help!!

She must use her real name for records. School and doctors would be part of that along with any I.D.
