    Jail... for at least the remainder of probation period or whatever the actual punishment would have been. Unless new charges are filed depending on what the violation was and what judge you get that day.

    Can you tell us more about the restitution part? If there is a judgement against you by the state then it may be possible for them to intercept it. It depends on where everything is coming from. If its to a private citizen then it takes a lot more paperwork. And if its for child support they take it automatically.
