We had been dating for about 3 years and about 2 months ago he broke up with me because he said he didn't love me anymore. However we got back together about a month later and then yesterday he said he only sees me as a friend. THings used to be great between us , then he left for training in the marines. We still talked all the time and I went to visit him. He got back home in January and we started fighting quite a lot, so I'm not sure if I just pushed him away or what.I just don't understand why he would come back to me a month ago and just now told me that he still isn't in love with me and doesn't see me as more then a friend. We have not been fighting at all and I thought everything was fine until he told me this. I just don't know what to do or what I did wrong. I just don't want to push away my next boyfriend, and want to be able to keep them interested in me. Any advice would be really appreciated.

I don't think you did anything wrong;I guess his feelings changed and though he decided to give it another go,it still wasn't working.

Heal from the breakup and move forward with your own life.

Every relationship is a learning experience and eventually you'll meet the guy who ticks most of the boxes!

He has been giving you signals all along, so let him go. Its probably nothing you have done, its more that his feelings have changed, and that's pretty typical of young people any way, so don't take it personally. Just let him do his thing, and you do yours without each other, and eventually you both will move on, and meet others.

The next one may be a lot better, and you will be better prepared for it after you put this experience behind you, and learn and grow from it.

I agree with both of the other posts. Sometimes love just dies and we decide to make changes. There r several reasons this particular thing happens. However, there is no way to know, he might not even know why. Just bad luck. Go and find someone that actually wants to be with you. Before this guy starts using you as the girl he has back home who he pays visits to whenever he is back in town.
