I have a renter who alloud a family member to stay for a month because of a hardship
Now the family member won't leave, so as the landlord/owner of the property how do I get them to leave they pay No rent and they are not on the lease.

    Hello c:

You need to evict them both according to your states landlord tenant law.. We have copies of your state at the top of the real estate page on a "sticky" note.

Inform the renter that they are in violation of their rental agreement and if their guest does not move out, you will evict both of them.

The renter can evict their family member, if they want to.
