    Drainless
    Step-up bath tub.
I previously had trouble finding the tub/shower drain in my roughed in bathroom in the basement. Well, I finally found it off location from were it was suppose to be. The drain is on the right hand side of the bathroom and I would like the tube to be facing the left hand side. I would also like the tub to be raised up to allow for a small step-up to the tub. Could someone please help me out and let me know if this is possible or am I asking too much?

It's possible to platform the tub and connect back with elbos to the trap raiser. However the chance of blockages increase with each elbo. If you go that way I would come off the tub waste with a 2" combination wye and eighth bend with a 2" cleanout installed. Good luck, Tom
