31, Married and I only (maybe) have sex 1-3 times a month.
My husband and I have been together for 8 years now, married for 4 years. I'm 31 and he's 41, but although there is a 10 year gap... I only get that personal time with him 1-3 times a month.

I've sent calendar invites to try something new, but we never follow that even when trying to schedule personal time. I also only climax when he uses his fingers, and not during penatration. The paste is very fast at times which dryes me out quicker and we have started using a lubricated oil to get through the moment.

Need help: I feel like my libido is fading away and my sex live is fair. God help me, my eyes are wondering away!

First--MOST women never climax from penetration. The nerve endings are just not there to stimulate to orgasm.

Next--check with your doctor. Make sure there are no hormonal or other medical issues.

Third--you need to TALK to your husband about your needs for intimacy. If you cannot talk to him, there are bigger issues than your libido at stake here.

Please don't keep telling people "everything will be fine." These people need to talk to each other, discuss the situation, find a solution.

I think you all are correct! I really need to explain to my husband that this is serious and a matter that we need to address like any other important topic.

Thank you all for your comments! I really want to make this work.
