Since divorce I have shared custudy with ex wife .Kids share time with the both of us 50/50 my son age 12 wants to move in with me full time. He does not get along with his mother at all. I take my kids to school every day and am very invovled in there lives. What are my chances of getting full custudy of him? He needs a better life

Do you mean you want to be the custodial parent? You want the child to live with you?

Go back to Court and request a change in custody. Your ex-wife may or may not fight you.

The child (at age 12) would be interviewed but he will NOT be the deciding factor. The welfare of the child will be the deciding factor.

You say he needs a better life? Is his mother abusive in some way or does she just have rules which he cannot follow?
