So I've been in a relationship for 4 months now and she asked for a break... what does that mean?
Most often a break means they want to break up,but are too cowardly to say so.
Most often yes... But there is always the possibility of her just wanting some space. Maybe you are smothering her and you are not letting her breathe.
Good luck,
Javi
This helps, being from tx myself. Well she said I lied to her when I went to see her because I had lost some feelings for her and wouldn't tell her what was wrong because I did not know myself and said I was "fine" whenever she asked to avoid a conversation to which I had no clear answer so she feels pushed apart from me (btw) this is a long term relationship so only on the weekends. Is it worth a shot fixing or go with the break from each other?
Take some time to figure out your own feelings and how to express them, then see if she is willing to talk.
How old are you??
Im 26 She's 24.
She has a lot of stress in her life being a first yr teacher and I feel like I'm the outlet for it also.
Don't add to it then just give her some space, and see if you can express yourself better if you get a chance. Let her call you.
I agree. If she asked you for a break - the bet thing you can do is give it to her...
I need to correct myself I meant to say long distance like 118 mi apart.
She told me this last night , and she said she wanted to talk again tonight... I would rather break up in person than on the phone seems like there's more respect... right??
Well really, the only way to fix it if she is feeling the need for space is giving it to her. Wait for her to text or call you. Don't make the first move, and start doing your own thing since while you are in a break, you are single.
Good Luck,
Javi
